In London, Thaddeus wears a long, concealing overcoat whenever weather permits. In summer, he switches to a frock coat.
Underneath, however, he stays true to his inventor self and carries around his trusty flamethrower, gadgets, equipment, incendiary devices, and anything he might possibly need on a case...

If he is on a case with the mafia Alliance, he tends to be less discreet and wears all of his gadgetry out in the open.
